MISSION

In Acts 1:8, Jesus said "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”. In Mark 16:15, Jesus said to His disciples, "Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation." The word "gospel" in Greek (euangelion) means "good news". Through the power of the Holy Spirit, God has enabled the good news of the Kingdom, that is, salvation through Jesus Christ, to unfold and be given to all peoples of the earth.

As a church, we are involved in supporting both global and local missions through financial and prayer support, as well as speciifc missionaries around the world. We are also committed to reaching out to the community in the Greater New Haven area through campus ministry service projects in the area.
